Right of withdrawal

Information on the right to withdraw from the Contract in favour of the consumer in accordance with the Italian Law Decree no. 185 dated 22/05/99.

EYESONLINE customers acting as consumers have the right to withdraw from the Contract. It is understood that the ‘consumer’ is the natural person working in relation to the Contract, acting outside his/her own professional activity.

In particular, the consumer wanting to make use of the right to withdraw must send notification thereof to EYESONLINE within 10 days from the date of receipt of the Products.

Notification of withdrawal must be sent (i) by means of registered letter with return receipt or (ii) by telegram, telefax (number: ++39.0721.35642) or e-mail (info@eyesonline.it) confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the next 48 hours, to the following address:

The consumer must furthermore return to EYESONLINE, at the aforementioned address, the unopened products within ten days from the date of receipt of the same. Forwarding costs will be at the expense of the consumer, unless this concerns our error.

Within thirty days from the date of receipt of notification of withdrawal i.e. from the date of receipt of the returned Products, EYESONLINE will reimburse the consumer the amounts already paid excluding forwarding costs (Euros 10,00 for Italy and - for the Rest of the World - the amount that has been paid depending on destination and weight).

For any other case not mentioned in this document, the Italian Law Decree no. 185 dated 22/05/99 and subsequent amendments shall apply.
